Из Анапы на автомобиле или такси нужно по Симферопольскму шоссе (трасса А-290) или по Пионерскому проспекту доехать до курортного поселка Витязево. Проехать по улице Черноморской до Паралии и повернуть направо на Южный проспект, далее ехать до места ориентируясь по карте размещенной ниже.

Так же из Анапы в Витязево можно доехать на мартшрутном такси № 128 которое курсирует от городского автовокзала, доехать до пансионата «Нико» и прогуляться пешком, до моря и направо по берегу до пляжа «Тортуга» чуть более километра.
Другой вариант, это доехать из Анапы на маршрутке № 114 до санатория «Аквамарин», откуда до этого пляжа ходит автобус.

Крупный православный храм появился в Витязево в 1830-х годах. Его прихожанами стали, в том числе, понтийские греки, большая община которых исторически живет в поселке. Однако в 1934 храм прекратил свою работу и был разрушен. Восстановление церкви началось только в начале XXI века. Освящение нового храма Георгия Победоносца состоялось в 2011 году.

Храм выдержан в традиционном для православных церквей стиле. Белокаменное здание венчают золоченые купола, которые были изготовлены по специальному заказу ростовскими мастерами. Внутри есть несколько ценных икон, в том числе большая мозаичная композиция, венчающая вход. Рядом с церковью расположен мемориал, посвященный жертвам сталинских репрессий.
